Plesk Billing offers a wide array of services to assist you in setting up and using your Plesk Billing. You may purchase any of the services below through our website. If you have request that does not fall into one of these categories, please feel free to contact us.


Phone Support (priced per hour)

Standard support does not include phone support. However, phone support is available on a per hour basis with a one hour minimum. All questions regarding configuration, installation, and training will be answered.

  • One (1) Hour Priority Phone Support with a Support Technician: $150.00
  • One (1) Hour Priority Phone Support with a Developer*: $300.00

*We take custom coding projects on a case-by-case basis. For custom coding projects, we encourage you to contact sales before ordering Developer time. However, one of our developers can walk you through the Plesk Billing code logic in order to help you with your specific coding needs. No coding will be provided without prior approval.

Installations ($150/per)

Plesk Billing's installation service will take your Plesk Billing to the point where you can simply login to your system to begin configuring it. Installations can be ordered with your license purchases or you can purchase it after the fact by clicking the link below.

Installation service includes:

  • Review of your server configuration to confirm you meet our system requirements
  • Installation of the the Plesk Billing fileset and population of the Plesk Billing database
  • Confirmation that the installation was successful

Upgrades ($150/per)

If you currently have Plesk Billing version 5.x installed, we can upgrade your system to the latest Plesk Billing release. Please note, if you're running Plesk Billing v4, an upgrade is not a migration. If you're seeking information on migration from v4 to v5, please see the related section below.

Upgrade service includes:

  • Backup of the existing fileset
  • Upgrade of the Plesk Billing fileset and database information
  • Confirmation that the upgrade was successful

v4 to v5 Migrations

Professional Migration of your data from Plesk Billing v4 to Plesk Billing v5 is done on a consultive basis.
